We just happened to be in Resort World Sentosa and was looking for a nice restaurant for lunch. We stumbled into Osia as they looked like they have an interesting set lunch on a Saturday.
The set lunch had a very nice selection of small tasting portions of their signature appetizers and we were completely stuffed even before we had out main courses. Thankfully, the main course (I had the lamb rump which was beautifully done) wasn't too big and I still managed to try the tasting platter of desserts. The waiter explained every plate that was delivered with knowledge and enthusiasm. However, when desserts was served by who I thought was the maitre D, he did not explain what the desserts were and when I asked, he had to go back to the kitchen to find out!
Overall, it was a lovely meal. If the service was improved by only a tiny bit, it would be worthy of a Michelin star.
