We went there for Sunday lunch where there is an ongoing discount of 30% on dim sum. I can see why! The service from the managers was poor and only made up for by the elderly auntie waitresses who tried their best to serve the customers. The senior waiters (wearing suits or are they managers?) were quite rude and did not appear to contribute much to the service.

Most of the dim sum, despite being served from trolly steamers, were cold or only luke warm. The fried dim sum was generally cold and not any better. Most of the dim sum tasted quite ordinary. I ordered the 3 roasts, which was not very good. The roast pork (siew yoke) skin was crispy but the duck and char siew was very average. Even with the 30% discount, it was poor value for money and I would not go back there again.

It was not packed on a Sunday and I suspect that many customers are voting with their feet and not returning. Parking was easy as the hotel appeared to have amble parking space and it was $3.50 per entry.
